A roped climber moving beside an ice wall

03 / 06Ice

Ice and Icefall Module

Ice climbing, ladders and fixed lines through an icefall, ice anchors and screws.

In coordination with the NNMGA

01The training

Ice demands its own technique: the swing of the axe, the front points of the crampons, and anchors you can trust a whole rope team to.

The module ends in an icefall, with its ladders, fixed lines and seracs.
